Astrolith provides lead generation services that connect businesses with qualified prospects through various advertising channels including social media platforms, search engines, and other digital marketing channels. Our service includes lead identification, qualification, and delivery to clients.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Lead Qualification

We provide leads that meet the qualification criteria agreed upon during the onboarding process. Qualification criteria may include but are not limited to:

• Verified contact information (email and phone)
• Company size and industry specifications
• Geographic location requirements
• Demonstrated buying intent or interest signals

3.2 Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with rates varying by advertising channel and service tier. Current pricing ranges from $40 to $60 per qualified lead. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

3.3 Lead Delivery

Leads will be delivered according to the timeline specified in your service plan. Delivery times range from 12 to 48 hours depending on your selected service tier.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate targeting criteria and ideal customer profiles
• Responding to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of provided leads
• Maintaining the confidentiality of lead information

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our service. All lead data is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. 6. Limitation of Liability

Astrolith provides leads on an "as is" basis. While we strive to provide high-quality, qualified leads, we cannot guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes. Our liability is limited to the cost of the leads provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and methodologies, remain the property of Astrolith. Clients receive a limited license to use provided leads for their business purposes only.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and access to the service will be discontinued.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
